Is membership really free?
Yes. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. Simply register an account on our website.
When can I use my points?
Points are added to your account when your order is completed. You can then redeem them at checkout, with every 1,000 points worth RM10.
Can I use a voucher and points on the same order?
Yes. You can use one voucher per order together with your points. Percentage vouchers are calculated on your checkout amount after other discounts and points.
How do I get my birthday treat?
Add your date of birth in My Account > Account Details. Your Birthday Voucher arrives by email and in your account notifications on the 1st of your birthday month. Your birthday can only be set once, so please check it carefully. Contact us if you need to correct it.
Can I receive emails in Chinese?
Yes. Choose English or 中文 when you register, or any time in My Account > Account Details.
Are any products excluded?
Sales aids and accessories do not earn points and cannot be used with member vouchers.
Do points have a cash value?
No. Points and vouchers are purchase rewards. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Where can I see my points and vouchers?
Log in to My Account to see your points balance, your vouchers, your referral link and your notifications.
